*So to talk about the gear a little more in depth, there are several things that are not best in slot or what i am working towards. I am wearing the helm because i do not otherwise have a dodge/armor piecing item. The chrism is inefficient as it only provides HA for a twf build. I have been working on getting my crafting levels high enough to make an appropriate trinket and consolidate my gear slots, which will create a shift in several pieces of gear. The gear set i am working towards is:
Head: Legendary Executioner's Helm
Goggles: Van Richten's Spectacles
Neck: Slavers - Con, Resist, Stunning, Con
Trinket: Crated dodge, Hamp, Insightful Dex
Armor: Legendary Mist-Laden Vestment
Cloak: Legendary Shadowhail Cloak
Wrist: Legendary Lore-Fueled Pack Banner
Belt: Legendary Braided Cutcord
Ring1: Legendary Ring of Nightfall
Ring2: Legendary Ring of Prowess
Boots: Flightfoot Greaves
Hands: Molten silver Gauntlets
This will give me a boost to DPS in double strike, seeker, and relentless fury (on trash), and cost me a little healing amp, 2 Dex, and some PRR . I have enough hut runes to get one of the two items shown in my goal gear-set with the gauntlets obviously being the priority.

Thoughts about the build:
I decided to make this a dex based tempest based on a couple of factors. I think it is easier on build points, allowing me to focus on less stats and get dex/con higher right off bat. It is also easier to gear, particularly for the gear that I own right now. The silent avenger set is obviously has a lot of synergy with a dex based toon and i was having trouble fitting everything in and still getting both set bonuses with strength (even when considering my ideal gear). The drawback to this is that I have less flexibility in available weaponry. My top end dex to hit/damage weapons are scimitars and rapiers. Bludgeoning requires a swap to light maces (or heavy if i don't mind missing some) and I do not have a swap to khopesh option.
Stengths: Good dps, Dire Charge DC, high reflex with evasion, decent survivability for a front line toon
Weaknesses: Will saves are not great, i try to make up for this with spell absorb and quest knowledge. Me being the one that is piloting him is a weakness some days.
